Symptom
VGH acquisitor message cannot prepare display handler or cannot prepare archive handler while setting up acquisition. After pressing the persist button, the system says "preparing display" and stops. The error may say PM error. After about 30 seconds "cannot prepare display handler" then "cannot prepare archive handling" and finally "acquisition stopped due to unknown" message appears.
