Jumpers on the DVD Drive, Installed in the Original HD System's SCSI Tower, were Incorrectly Configured.RestoreINFO from DVD Fails during LFC Procedure when Performing Upgrade from HD to HDxt.
Symptom
RestoreINFO from DVD Fails during LFC Procedure when Performing Upgrade from HD to HDxt. See Long Description During the LFC procedure the GUI config loaded from the save INFO DVD, and applications was loaded with no issues. However, when attempting to restoreINFO from the DVD later in the procedure, it fails indicating no info on media. Multiple disks tried and the system rebooted with no impact on the issue. Save INFO DVD was created on the HD system where the DVD drive was in the SCSI tower. Running a checkINFO on the DVD passed.
Error message
RestoreINFO Process Error Message - No Info on Media Message appears when trying to restoreINFO via the Guided Install GUI.
