Can We Populate DICOM Field Institution Address (0008,0081) in Image Headers See Long Description Are we able to populate the DICOM field "Institution Address" with the DICOM tag (0008,0081) in the image headers? The customer at a Signa LX site has informed the FE that ACR ( American College of Radiology ) is now requiring the DICOM field "Institution Address" (0008,0081) to be populated in the image headers of the images produced by their scanner for ACR accreditation. The DICOM Conformance Statement document for Signa LX (Infinity) 9.1 states that this tag is "Type 3" and "Not Used. Discarded." Is this the answer that we should give, that we can't populate this field per their request, or is there any other answer, and, is it true that ACR now requires this field to be populated in the image headers?
