Unable to Write Images to DVD Media on HP9300 SCSI Tower DVD-RW due to Known Software Problem with 15.0 M4A SP1 and 15.0 M4B with Lite-on and ATAPI DVD-RW drive installed as a FRU in SCSI Tower.
Symptom
Unable to Write Images to DVD Media on HP9300 SCSI Tower DVD-RW. See Long Description Unable to write images to HP9300 system with SCSI tower DVD-RW media. saveINFO and restoreINFO works fine. Key symptom, when eject is selected from the image creation menu the DVD-R drive in the HP9300 Host PC ejects. That's the wrong drive so we didn't expect that one to open. (Remember, we're using the DVD-RW drive in the SCSI tower). There are no logged error messages.
Error message
