A good rotor will coast for several minutes without power. Rotor issues (errors 183316, 183318, 183319, 260118111, 260118177) caused by tubes tend to be more prevalent on .5 second scans. If tube is installed on Jedi system, the Anode cable tends to break down (hard errors). Intermittent HV Spits -- Run KV Loop, 140KV, 30 sec, Anode, Cathode and both. Listen to tanks with stethoscope or screw driver, any noise indicates bad tank. Any spits? Remove HV cables from tanks fill with 2inch of oil. Spits = No, could be tube or cables. Spits = Yes, bad tank.
