Symptom

Contact Tubes for Major Oil Leak Recommendations Ryan August 414 - 745 - 8127 or Tom Hurdis 262 - 510 - 5782 or John Breunissen 414 - 202 - 9485 Encourage Warm-ups NOT use of lower mA Verbiage in the Operator Console (OC) messaging has changed from “ should ” to “ must ” as shown below. Additional information in customer documentation advises “ Tube Warm-Up takes 72 seconds to complete. Failure to perform Tube Warm-Up when requested may cause serious equipment damage and decrease tube life. ” Failure to perform the warm-up would be classified as a “violation of GE Healthcare’s recommendations or instructions on use” and is disclaimed in the Tube Warranty. A good rotor will coast for several minutes without power. NOTE TO FES AND DCOS TEAM: IF SELLING TO AN END USER AND NOT INSTALLED BY A GE FE, AN END USER CERTIFICATION LETTER MUST BE SIGNED BY THE CUSTOMER. UPON RECEIPT OF SIGNED LETTER, ORDER CAN BE PLACED. **TO OBTAIN COPY OF CERT. LTR. The longer cable is necessary for all Wide Bore Gantries. ( If a very old D3194T tube is installed on a Wide Bore Gantry, the high voltage cable may be too short, and a new D3194T tube must be ordered ).
