Symptom
Definium 6000 no exposure to detector, error 200013/200012 Definium 6000 no exposure to detector, error 200013/200012. The X-ray tube has reached prep state but fails to make any exposure to detector. A message “Exposure stopped. Release exposure switch and try again. Call service if problem persists.” is displayed on the monitor.
Error message
Error: 200013 Time out while waiting for an event or an actor to respond. Error 200012: Time out while in WAIT_FOR_STOP_SEQ waiting for STOP_EXPOSURE_TRIGGER_DONE. Error 200013 reports that no X-ray exposures can be made because a key actor event is not received. As the user releases the hand switch after failing to make exposures, error 200012 is present to report that the exposure(s) have stopped. 200013
