5X mobile system will not boot up past the mobile site selection.
Symptom
5X Mobile will not boot past the Mobile Site Selection. Getting error: "Mobile Startup Failed". See long description. The system is a 5X Horizon mobile, running 5.8 s/w. Upon boot attempts, the system will come up to point of where you should be able to select the mobile site location, but instead we see the following error and the bootup fails: Saving Site: HCMC... Saved! This system may have been corrupted! These sites have missing site/save files. Elberton Mem Hospital Press return to continue boot for service. Mobile Startup Failed!
