No ID Flt Displayed on the 8290 Gradient SCA Board.
Symptom
No ID Flt Displayed on the 8290 Gradient SCA Board. The SCA display showed a No ID flt message. The gradients were not ready. X and Z were in stand-by (state 5), Y amp had error 13. Several different errors were reported in the system error log. The problem would occur when powering up.

2240263 Y-axis gradient amplifier fault 13. AMP No. 1 Fri May 18 11:37:50 2001 Error: 2240263 Host: oc001 Process: NSP File: HPC_PORT_ID:spi_scif Line: 150 Y-axis gradient amplifier fault 13. AMP No. 1 SPI received unused error from GPS.
