Images Are Not Listed In The Browser and Fails Graphic Prescription Due to Corrupt Software.
Symptom
Images Are Not Listed In The Browser but are Displayed in Autoview On A Linux HP Computer System scanning ok but images are not showing up in the browser list, can see them in the Autoview. Logout and bringing applications back up did not fix the problem.
Error message
2218086 In ImageInstalled, envelope status is Error. Thu May 14 10:42:12 2009 Error: 2218086 Host: MR15_YAB Process: TIR File: ImageInstall.cc Line: 200 Exception Class: Unknown 2224340 Install image failed
