Symptom
The Scanner is fine during the monitor phase of smart prep but fails during Scan Phase See Long Description: The Scanner is fine during the monitor phase of smart prep but fails during Scan Phase The Scanner proceeds through the monitor phase of Smart Prep and then tranistions to the scan Phase, the Green Scan button on the SCIM Illuminates, then the technologist presses the green scan button and the scan hardware aborts the scan.
