Take the following actions: check the connection between TGP and MTCB check the power supply voltage for TGP and MTCB try to replace MTCB and cable between TGP and MTCB This was reported on RFS: 0040725182 CSO was created and Engineering investigating Problem also reported on PR #1326759 & TRACKWISE Report #1005693
