Error #41 (Error 41) GANTRY_ERROR_5V_PWR_FLT, 5v power fault Error #155 (Error 155) TEST: ANALOG SWITCH FAILURE, AXIS=$ Infinia gantry Error #155 comes as part of the motion Safety tests. The Analog switch is a switch in the SEM. This error could come from: A faulty SEM ( where this switch is defective ..) or From some off-set on the SEM to Elmo driver - command signal, or Some off-set in the ELMO Driver
