Symptom
Cannot scan or even bring up the rotor.
Error message
Error: 260118243 (80-0280) Heater 0 board communication problem See LD for error explanation Error: 260118243 (80-0280) Heater 0 board communication problem Code 80 Hardware Errors Error code: 80-0280H Message/explanation: Heater 0 board communication problem PPC kV control board communication Watch Dog with Heater board popped up because it did not get reply from Heater board. Potential cause: Heater 0 board Control bus cable PPC kV control board Recommended action/ Troubleshooting guide: Verify CAN cable between LVPS board and Heater board is correctly connected Check that heater firmware is running (DS1-DS2 on heater board blinking). If firmware OK, replace PPC kV control board. Else verify that RESET Led is not lit. If it is lit, disconnect successively the control bus cable from Rotation and PPC kV control boards to find the board which is holding the reset line and replace it. If after disconnecting all the boards, the Led remains lit, replace Heater board
