MRSPT System Locks Up during SPT Scan Due to Defective IPG.

Symptom

MRSPT System Locks Up during SPT Scan See Long description Almost every attempt at SPT during a PM results in failure. SPT clock keeps counting down, but no scans occur. Issue happens at random times during the SPT scans. Usually requires a complete power cycle to recover. System scans normally for customer, no issues at all.

2223847 IPG boot status packet is not received by NSP. Mon Mar 15 07:26:40 2004 Error: 2223847 Host: MMCLX_2 Process: NSP File: TardisReset.cc Line: 1594 IPG boot status packet is not received by NSP.
