TPS or MGD Download Fails Due Defective Gradient Processor 2 Module (GP2).

Symptom

Fails TPS Reset when booting up to Applications or when Resetting TPS See Long Description When the MR system is booting up to applications it will fail TPS reset but Applications will successfully boot. With Applications up and "Reset TPS" has been selected, TPS fails to download successfully.

2225699 MDS Link Failure. An MDS device failed to respond to the IPG on a 2nd try.

2225704 MDS link failure. The MDS fiber optic link appears to be broken between the RF and System cabinets. Error: 2225704 Host: lx-mr Process: NSP File: HPC_PORT_ID:spi_mds Line: 300 MDS link failure. The MDS fiber optic link appears to be broken between the RF and System cabinets. Check RF cabinet power, fiber optic connections and signal level of the fiber optic link between the cabinets. Run MDS fiber optic link diagnostics.
