eLicense Key Download Failed due to a Software Problem Between eLicense and ISD 4.0.
Symptom
eLicense Key Download Failed See Long Description Unable to download eLicense key to system. It's not a connection problem, we know this because the OnLine engineer can connect to the system without a problem, and in the eLicense progress steps the "Connecting to system" checkbox is checked, meaning it has been done. In addition, the "Downloading and installing software license key to system" is check marked, indicating that it too has been accomplished. The only checkbox not check marked is the final step, "Disconnecting from system". And there are two errors posted, "License download failed", and "License key generation has failed". We checked the system, and all prerequisites, hardware and software, have been met for the option that we're trying to install. The debug messages are not helpful. What's wrong?
