Computer red light blinks and beeps 4 times See long description HP 6400- HP 8200 - HP 8400 At initial turn on, HP computer Power LED blinks red 4 times, once per second, then a 2 second pause, followed by additional instances of 4 blinks per second. In addition, system speaker beeps 4 times during Power LED blinking.
