During applications start up, "loading data" appears on right monitor and software shuts back down to blue screens See long description All applications processes initialize except the stcIf process pwho >> all processes up except stcif stcIf.init *** NOT RUNNING stcIf Then another pwho shows the scanmgr process down pwho scanmgr.init *** NOT RUNNING scanmgr Until all processes stop running
