Symptom
Periodically the VOLC Common Service Desktop does not launch in a Class M mode. See Long Description and the Attachment When a GE OLC engineer presses the button “CSD VNC” from Telnet Tool through Integrated Service Desktop (ISD) to launch VOLC Common Service Desktop, sometimes it shows not in Class M, but rather in a Basic Service Mode.
