CWA Auto Prescan Fails, No Receive Signal on Manual Prescan.
Symptom
Auto Prescan Fails, No Receive Signal on Manual Prescan. No Signal on any Coil. APS action failed. MPS reveals a flat line, no receive signal. Shutdown and reboot the software but problem remained. Looking at the CERD, Exciter LO and the Rec LO indicators were not on even though the TPS reset was successful.
Error message
Prescan Done Action Failed This error message appears at the bottom of the scan desktop. It is not logged in the message log.
