Image Pasting Problem After M4 to M5 Upgrade
Symptom
Image Pasting Problem After M4 to M5 Upgrade. No COI or SID Displayed. See Long Description and Attachment It should be noted that a re-calibration of the Positioner after the M5 software has already been loaded will not resolve this problem. VolumeRAD M4 to M5 software upgrade has been completed. When an image pasting protocol is selected and an exam started, the Center Of Interest cannot be set at the OTS UIF (+/- button press at OTS UIF moves to the next step instead of changing value). On the left monitor, the SID value displayed is 0.0 and the COI and Length fields are blank (see the attached pictures - the first one shows the problem, the second one is OK) . At the OTS UIF, the SID displays correctly but doesn't change if the x-ray tube is moved up or down.
