Inspect the cable harnesses connectin gthe ISFD DSC to the R&F positioner, including those cables connecting the card rack to the patch panel. Secure or replace accordingly.2. Inspect the LEDs on the side of the ISFD DSC FRU. These may indicate a boot failure of the ISFD firmware. In whcih case, replace the ISFD DSC.3. Run system level diagnostics on the R&F Interface board. Replace the board of necessary.4. Replace the ISFD DSC FRU.
