Failed Fan Control Board in 8645 Gradient Cabinet.
Symptom
The MIF/GAP/FAN Breaker On bottom Of 8645 Gradient Cabinet Constantly Trips The MIF/GAP/FAN Breaker On bottom Of 8645 Gradient Cabinet trips. If they reset it, it trips again after about one minute. Cannot reset TPS because of resulting MDS Link failure, and so cannot scan.

2225703 MDS link failure. The MDS fiber optic link appears to be broken between the Gradient and the RF cabinets. Check gradient cabinet power, fiber optic connections and signal level of fiber optic link. Run MDS fiber optic link diagnostics 2225703 MDS link failure.
