Unable to Open MCQA Tool after Installing 15.0 M4 SP02 due to presence of old mc_qa_mcr directory (/usr/g/tools/mc_qa_tool/mc_qa_mcr).

Symptom

Unable to Open MCQA Tool after Installing 15.0 M4 SP02 See Long Descriptiion After loading 15.0 M4 SP02 service pack, found the following new problem: MCQA Tool GUI did not open. Tried invoking the tool from command prompt - MCQA Tool GUI did not open. Found following message 'Could not access preferences directory: '/export/home/signa/tools/mc_qa_tool/mc_qa_mcr/mc_qa_<numeric_ID>'. System error: 'No such file or directory' Error initializing preferences.

Error message
