Symptom

Analogic 8280 Gradients Fail to Come Up with HV PS Fault. HFO and Signa Base (SR20) systems. See Long Description OpenSpeed system running HFO3 M4 software and Signa base (SR20) systems, the gradients fail to come up ready. Have HV PS FLT on the SCA. We measured the HV at the amps and it is pretty close to zero.

A high voltage power supply fault occurred on the Power Supply Unit. Possible causes: X, Y, or Z axis amplifier has shorted the supply.
