Some Bone Scan images were blank after retrieved from CD in eNTEGRA. Also see iTrak 13006740 Problem Description: In version 2.5110 and 2.5202 customer archived a whole body bone scan and 2 spot views. When trying to restore the study, annotation only appears on the display screen. The spots view display correctly. Both anterior and posterior views show the time but the counts in the images are equal to 0. Root Cause: 1. If error occurs during reading Pixel data from Database server, this error is not stored and not processed 2. Error is not generated, Pixel data is empty (no counts is registered)
