VIBRANT Cal Scan Fails with DP Server Error due to Software problem.
Symptom
VIBRANT Cal Scan Fails with DP Server Error See Long Description and Attachment iTrak # 13273925 and # 13259484. SPR # MRIhc43267 Software on site was upgraded from 14.0 M5A to 15.0 M4 on evening of June 17, 2009. Next patient scans were following morning and on the first Breast exam, the system stopped scanning at the calibration scan for the Vibrant series. TPS reset was performed to recover. Later in the day, a second Breast exam began and encountered the same issue - scanner stopped with failed prescan & communication errors when attempting cal scan for the Vibrant series. A TPS reset again was the recovery method. See attachment for a full accounting of the logged errors.
