LightSpeed RT16 & RT16 Xtra with GRE and GDAS16 gantry
Symptom
Mouse Lock-up - Mouse Pointer is frozen - Pointer does not move. See Long Description The mouse pointer is still visible but will not move. When Telnet-ing to the system and the computer is still up and running. Type halt to bring the system down.
Error message
Error: 244621 Timed out while attempting to receive a message. See long description for full error.
