Step and Shoot (SmartStep or SmartView) hand controller not functioning See LD for more Step and Shoot (SmartStep or SmartView) hand controller not functioning When customer attempts to use the hand controller for VCT step and Shoot, the system will not initialize into step and shoot mode.
