Symptom
The RJ45 Ethernet connection on the Gantry Options Board fell inside the Gantry. See long description. The RJ45 Ethernet connection on the Gantry Options Board fell inside the Gantry. The customer is not able to perform a Cardiac exam. The CAT5 Ethernet cable connection located at the back of the Gantry falls inside the Gantry and cannot be retrieved without removing the rear Gantry cover.
