Internal failure of the Lytron chiller caused it to chill the coolant to 25F.
Symptom
Bore is cold to the touch and has condensation on it. See Long Description /usr/g/service/log/pcft.log shows bore temps of 8 C overnight. FE found ice on the gradient coolant lines.
Error message
2225542 Dynamic disable fault, Rear of Coil short. Dynamic Disable bias fault on back drivers.
