Error: 260118170 (40-0107) Rotation Inverter permanent overcurrent See LD for error explanation Code 40 Error code: 40-0107H Message/explanation: Rotation Inverter permanent over current An over current has been detected and 3 restart have been tried unsuccessfully within a single rotation state Potential cause: Tube stator winding problem (shorted) Incorrect wiring (shorted) Rotation board Recommended action/ Troubleshooting guide: Check stator windings impedance. If not OK, replace tube. Check wiring from rotation board to tube. Check that phase shift capacitors are correctly connected and not in short circuit. Run Rotation diagnostic (See diagnostic section). If test fails, replace Rotation board

For CTi order D3132T and Lightspeed 1X order D3176T (212001261 5/3/07) *** SECOND OPINION NOTES *** Perform Rotor Control Diagnostics--If tube rotor fails to reach RUN mode in three ACCEL steps look for: High Drive output currents Low Drive output voltages and Low Drive output frequencies. This indicates a load problem with tube. With rotor running turn off Gantry 120V power at PDU. Listen for excessive noise and short deceleration time. A good rotor will coast for several minutes without power. Rotor issues (errors 183316, 183318, 183319, 260118111, 260118177) caused by tubes tend to be more prevalent on .5 second scans. If tube is installed on Jedi system, the Anode cable tends to break down (hard errors). Intermittent HV Spits -- Run KV Loop, 140KV, 30 sec, Anode, Cathode and both. Listen to tanks with stethoscope or screw driver, any noise indicates bad tank. Any spits? Remove HV cables from tanks fill with 2inch of oil. Spits = No, could be tube or cables.
