Symptom
MRIQ Ghosted Images on All Coils, All PSDs. Body and Head FGRE Stability Fails Severely in SPT See Long Description and Attachments. This 1.5T Signa LX system is experiencing severe ghosting. See images in the attachment. The FE ran a full pass of SPT and found Head and Body GRE stability failing severely on X readout Y, and Head and Body FSE stability failing marginally. See plot in the attachment, and the complete SPT file which has also been added as an attachment to this concept.
