LightSpeed 3.X (Ultra, Plus, QX/i) - Octane
Symptom
Mouse Lock-up - Mouse Pointer is frozen - Pointer does not move. See Long Description The mouse pointer is still visible but will not move. When Telnet-ing to the system and the computer is still up and running. Type halt to bring the system down.
Error message
Error: 200501502 UifXIoErrorHandler: Encountered an X library I/O error. errno = xx Process will intentionally dump core. See Long Description for a complete error.
