Signal Dropout, Ghosted Smeared Blurry Knee Images using STIR PSD after HDxT Upgrade due to a Software Problem in 15.0 Software.
Symptom
MRIQ Signal Dropout, Ghosted Smeared Blurry Knee Images using STIR PSD after HDxT Upgrade See Long Description The knee STIR images are ghosted, smeared, and blurry with signal dropout ever since the 14.0 to 15.0 upgrade. The problem did not occur prior to the upgrade. About the first third of every series of this type has the problem, and the remaining two thirds are OK. This occurs on more than one protocol. The problem occurs every time they scan one of these, it is not intermittent. See below for a couple of example images from the site. There are no error messages seen or logged.
