Part number change up history information: P/N 5197802 Cherokee " supply has two main differences: 1) The newer Cherokee supply is approximately 1.2 kg (2.6 lbs) Heavier then the older Pioneer Supply - this may cause a Gantry rebalance. 2) The large Ferrite bead is not visible on the Cherokee Supply because the ferrite is internal on the Cherokee Supply. P/N 5183361 was created to add an external shield that diverts the magnetic field energy away from the low channel DAS/Detector channels. The low channels on the VCT DAS/Detector are sensitive to magnetic fields that are produced from the power supply. This p/n replaced 5154556. P/N 5154556 was created to add a ferrite core to the 48 VDC output cable of the supply. This change was made to address streaking imaging artifacts that were sometimes seen with low mA scans by decreasing noise induced into the DAS/Detector. This p/n replaced 5126259. P/N 5126259 was the original VCT gantry rotating frame 48 vdc power supply. 5183361 48 vdc power supply with ferrite core and external shield 5154556 48 vdc power supply with ferrite core 5126259 48 vdc power supply without ferrite core or magnetic shield
