Symptom
Unable to Load 15.0 M4 OnLine Help CD See Long Description FE is upgrading this 3T system to HDxT (15.0 M3) software. He stated the upgrade included catalog number G3340BY (M4) Op Manuals CDs and catalog number G3340SW (M3) HDxT Software. This can be seen and verified in eLicense by viewing the catalog numbers included in the GON (Global Order Number). The system will not permit installation of the M4 version Op manuals Linux CDs that were provided with the upgrade. The error returned by the system is " Warning: Online Help media and Applications software revisions do not match! ".

Warning Online Help media and Applications software revisions do not match See Long Description This message appears in the form of a popup message to the operator and also at the bottom of the Guided Install GUI. No error message is logged on the system.
