Symptom
Mouse changes state from arrow icon to hour glass icon in viewport. See Long Description for details Mouse changes state from arrow icon to hour glass icon in viewport. Intermittently the mouse changed states while in the viewports, causing havoc in trying to execute mouse clicks.
