Found Medcam board is not responding and fails TPS diagnostics.
Symptom
Application Software Crashes During Boot Attempt. Error log shows TPS reset failure on boot. The system is an LX running 9.1 M4 software. Log shows a number of TPS reset failure errors during boot as well. FE tried to ping the TPS which fails. Looks like the Bit 3 link is down.
