Symptom
DRS does not send images to the DRS Gateway or the PACS. When the "N" key on the DRS Console is pressed, the "N" in the Patient Directory Status Column flashes for about five seconds and stops. No error message is displayed. DRS does not send images to the DRS Gateway or the PACS.
