FRU Part Numbers for HFO, Ovation Table CRANK HANDLE BEARING REPLACEMENT MAINTENANCE Not in FRU Manual Parts Replaced in OpenSpeed Service Document “CRANK HANDLE BEARING REPLACEMENT/ MAINTENANCE” Not in FRU Manual Reference iTrak # 13247359. For OpenSpeed systems, document # PT2REA15.DOC, entitled “CRANK HANDLE BEARING REPLACEMENT/ MAINTENANCE”, Revision 0, found in Signa OpenSpeed MR Service Methods, Direction 2250758-1 Rev 3, December 2008, directs that several parts may be replaced that are listed and pictured. FRU numbers exist for these parts and the parts are stocked. However none of these FRU part numbers are listed in either this service document or in the OpenSpeed FRU manual, leaving the FE to call the OnLine Center to obtain the part numbers. These parts are not included in the 2297674 CRANK HANDLE KIT shown in the FRU manual. An FE called the OnLine Center asking for part numbers for the Bearing Cup and the Idler Gears. (Other parts shown in this document may need to be replaced, which also may be FRUs with no part numbers given anywhere in documentation). I requested that engineering add the FRU numbers for all replaceable parts described in this procedure to the OpenSpeed FRU manual, via iTrak # 13247359 .
