Symptom
Applications software fails to startup. After Linux boot up, output on both monitor screens stop with a login prompt displayed in top left corner of screen. Applications software fails to startup. After Linux boot up completes, the output on both monitor screens stop with a login prompt displayed in top left corner of screen. If you login and attempt to startup applications software it will fail to startup and reply back with: /usr/X11R6/bin/xterm Xt error: Can''t open display: :0.0
