SMILe - December 11, 2003 Effectivity: All Signa 3T Eclipse Systems with Body Configuration who have the M4 Software Upgrade (FMI 60649) Problem: 3T sites with the M4 Software upgrade may still be experiencing communication problems between the host and the shim supply. The M4 software upgrade includes a patch for this problem, however the instructions for M4 Software (FMI 60649) did not include instructions to install this patch.
