Symptom
The system is unable to scan with any surface coil, get dynamic disable faults. Head and Body coil scans do not produce this error.
Error message
2225539 Dynamic disable fault, Front of Coil open. Dynamic Disable bias fault on front drivers. Wed Dec 1 09:09:29 2004 Error: 2225539 Host: lx-mr Process: NSP File: HPC_PORT_ID:spi_tr_mon Line: 6140 Dynamic disable fault, Front of Coil open. Dynamic Disable bias fault on front drivers. Possibly a disconnected cable between the driver board and the dynamic disable switch boxes, or an open diode in dynamic disable switch boxes on FRONT of BRM.
