The Main Disconnect Panel Auto Restart circuit Battery is not properly charging.
Symptom
Ovation Main Disconnect panel will not power on and TCU is off. With proper power supplied to the Main Disconnect, the Main Disconnect contactor CR1 will not come on when Main Power On pushbutton is pressed.
