Large energy peak shift observed on both detectors, and floods show all PMTs. Unstable energy peak after front end calibartion. Front end calibrations were performed on both detectors, and acceptable QC results were obtained. However, both detectors were unstable afterwards with daily shifts in the Tc99m peak location observed. Figures 1 and 2 are the QC reports from the morning when the initial failure was reported.
