Cannot run "sysinfo -h" command to get host ID for eLicense.
Symptom
Cannot Run "sysinfo -h" Command to Get Host ID for eLicense. FE trying to run the "sysinfo -h" command to obtain the host ID from the HP computer on Ovation system (not Excite platform) so he can generate the option keys. He's run "sysinfo -h", and "sysinfo" (without the quotation marks) as the root user and it just returns "sysinfo: command not found".

sysinfo: Command not found.
