Unable to Install HNS Coil Setup 3 in HNS Installation Manual.

Symptom

Unable to Install Head Neck Spine HNS Coil Setup 3 in HNS Installation Manual. Message is "Not all coils are connected". See Long Description This is a 15.0 HDxT system upgraded from 14.0 M5 HDx. The FE is installing a new HNS (Head Neck Spine) coil on the system. He's following the HNS coil Installation Procedure to do so. In the HNS coil Installation Procedure , the system does not recognize the coil setup 3, which is Setup 2 with anterior head component removed and the horseshoe component connected. See excerpt below from the manual. When this setup is attempted, the system pops up a message "Not all coils are connected". Nothing is logged in the message log. The FE started over from the beginning several times but can't get this message to go away for setup 3 in the installation manual.
