Symptom

If the incorrect bucky is installed, the cassette center will be 1/2 inch off center. There will be approximately 1/2 inch of cut-off on patient image If a customer asks you to change a from the Left Hand load to Right Hand load or visa versa, DO NOT DO IT. See Long Description for Details. Proteus Simple Wall Stand, Model 600-301 If a customer asks you to change a from the Left Hand load to Right Hand load or visa versa, DO NOT DO IT. The wall stand is factory configured as right or left at the time the order is placed. Once the Wallstand delivered, and the customer wants the other configuration, a new wall stand must be ordered. There is no GE documentation indicating that this wall stand can be reversed. The Left and Right are not mechanically interchangeable. In order for a left hand load bucky to provide bucky tray center at the chest stand center, it must be mounted offset by 1/4 inch right of center. A pair of mounting brackets is used to accomplish this. These brackets are different for left and right hand load buckies. A Right hand load bucky is mounted 1/4-inch left of chest stand center. If the incorrect bucky is installed, the cassette center will be 1/2 inch off center. There will be approximately 1/2 inch of cut-off on patient image.
